SHIPPING and DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Please notes all shipping and delivery information presented are general standards and estimates. Each order is subject to unique conditions. Zoba Martin Inc. is not liable for customs and duties on your order. All shipping costs consider handling.
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 business days): Starting at $50 up to $100
Express (3 business days): Starting at $30 up to $100
International Shipping:
International Standard (2-4 weeks): Starting at $150 up to $250
International Express (1-2 weeks): Starting at $250 up to $500+
International expedited (less than 1 week): Starting at $500 and upwards
Free Local Pickup is available.
PROCESSING TIME
RTW (made-to-order) products can typically be processed within 5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Made-to-measure and custom orders are subject to an additional design processing time, including but not limited to: confirming client measurements, final design and garment construction labour time. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order please contact us.
RETURNS
All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Zoba Martin Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
The TSA (transportation Security Administration has restrictions on what can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
